The Music Depot is a state-of- the-art listening room, and we request that our audience keeps their speaking voice low out of respect to the artist and fellow patrons. While we do allow photography and video, flash photography and audio recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Out of respect to our artist and audience, please silence your electronic devices.

Where do I buy tickets?
The Music Depot does not have a formal box office. Tickets may be purchased online and at the door at the show. Click HERE for show tickets.
Do you offer discount tickets?
Yes, we offer tickets to students. Sign up for our newsletter for other deals!
What food and drinks do you serve?
We do have a bar and will host food trucks vendors on specific dates. Check your show listing for vendor information.
Is there an age restriction?
The Music Depot is a dual venue. We are both a music venue and learning center. Evening shows are ages 18+ unless otherwise stated. Select shows, such as our Jam Sessions, are open to all ages. Please take a look at individual show listing for age restrictions.
Is there reserved seating?
The Music Depot is an open-seating venue. However, ticket buyers can reserve a table at an additional cost when purchasing their tickets.
Tickets are limited at the door. The Music Depot encourages guests to purchase tickets in advance to ensure entry.
At this time, our capacity is 100 people. We offer table, lounge, and theater seating.
What time do doors open?
Doors to the club usually open 30 minutes before showtime. Check our show calendar for showtimes.
If we can’t attend the concert, can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
The Music Depot has a no refund-no exchange policy, only with the exception of a show cancellation or date rescheduling.
Is there a dress code or drink minimum?
The Music Depot does not have a dress code and there is no drink minimum.
Where can I park?
Street parking is available on Walnut and 2nd street and in the parking lot on the west side of the building. Parking is prohibited behind The Music Depot.

What is the COVID-19 policy?
The safety of our guests, artists, and staff is our top priority and we will continue to closely follow the recommendations from the CDC and the Arkansas Health Department.
ACCESSIBILITY: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
There is a wheelchair ramp located at the entry of The Music Depot. Our
bathrooms or main floor are ADA approved.
If you require special accommodations, please call the office at 479.966.4868 hours prior to the
show. On sold-out show nights, we can guarantee only one companion seat. There is
accessible parking available on Walnut Street in the parking alot on the west end of the building.
Restrooms:
The restrooms are located through the showroom in the back hallway. Reentry to The Music Depot is permitted with proof of stamp or wristband that audience members receive upon entry.
